叢枝菌根菌在洋香瓜育苗介質應用研究

Research on Application of a Growth Medium Containing Mycorrhizal for Nursery in Melons (Cucumis melo L.) Crops

摘要


菌根菌在作物育苗期接種是最經濟最有效率的時期,但菌根菌使用時,必須配合適當的肥料量,方能使菌根菌效果顯著。目前並無市售添加菌根菌之育苗介質,本計畫擬透過合理有機土壤與肥培管理,配合微生物肥料使用,健康土壤與作物,提昇瓜果類產量與品質,以達到永續農業利用及降低有機栽培生產成本。開發可增加菌根菌效能之栽培介質配方,探討二種不同配方介質與菌種對洋香瓜之菌根苗感染率情形,試驗結果顯示洋香瓜臺南11號及台南12號菌根苗感染率均以細椰纖:蛭石(v/v,1:2) 接菌最高,分別達50.63及53.3%。田間植株生長勢則以Favorit:蛭石(v/v,1:2)未接菌最佳,細椰纖:蛭石(v/v;1:2)未接菌最差;臺南12號移植存活率則以細椰纖:蛭石(v/v,1:2)接菌最高;兩品種果實產量均以細椰纖:蛭石(v/v;1:2)接菌較佳,Favorit:蛭石(v/v;1:2)未接菌最低;果實糖度檢測結果顯示,在臺南11號以細椰纖:蛭石(v/v;1:2)接菌較佳,而臺南12號則無差異。試驗資料亦發現接種菌根菌可降低洋香瓜根圈土壤根瘤線蟲密度。

Endomycorrhizae has been used is seedling nursery. However, this practice should be supplemented with appropriate amount of fertilizers. No cultural medium or growth medium containing mycorrhiza is available on market today. The purpose of this study was to develop a mycorrhize added to the growth medium for seedling uses. Results indicated that best growth of melon plants was observed in the medium composed of Favorit: V (v/v, 1:2) without inoculation of mycorrhiza, lowest growth in the CSF: V (v/v, 1:2) without mycorrhizal inoculation. Best transplant survival percentage(TN12), and highest yield of both varieties were observed in the medium composed of CSF: V (v/v, 1:2) plus inoculation of mycorrhiza. Highest fruit sugar content of TN11 was oberved in the medium composed of CSF: V (v/v, 1:2) plus inoculation of mycorrhiza, but no significantly different in the fruits of TN12. The formation of VA mycorrhizal on muskmelon root system reduced number of root-knot nematode.
