The article examines the strategy of change management in digital age. The paper reviews the corporate university concept and consider how information technology pedagogy might contribute to its success. Meanwhile, the paper explores three approaches to organizational change-directed change, planned change, guided changing, and their appropriateness as a function of the relative business complexity and socio-technical uncertainty in the situation. The article also concludes with discuss of the steps for our thinking about the challenge of change management in digital age.
