相互嫁接對聖誕紅實生苗性狀改變之影響

Effect of Reciprocal Grafting on the Characteristic Changes of Poinsettia Seedling

摘要


以割接方法將聖誕紅商業品種及優良實生苗營養系相互嫁接,使存在於商業品種中之菌質轉殖於實生苗營養系植株中。然後觀察實生苗營養系之性狀改變。當商業品種爲接穗、實生苗營養系爲砧木時,嫁接組合成活率高達74.5%;當穗砧互換時,嫁接組合成活率僅19.6%。而在相互嫁接成功的7組組合中,以商業品種爲接穗者,由實生苗植株所繁殖的營養系分枝性都顯著增加;但有3組以實生苗爲接穗時,嫁接後由實生苗植體所繁殖的營養系分枝數並未顯著增加。又嫁接後實生苗營養系節間長較短,葉片大小及苞葉顏色之改變,則因實生苗營養系或嫁接商業品種不同而異。

For transferring phytoplasma from a commercial cultivar to a selected seedling of poinsettia, reciprocal cleft grafting was conducted. Then the characteristic changes of seedling clone after grafting were observed. When a scion of commercial cultivar was grafted on a rootstock of seedling clone, the succeed combination was high to 74.5%, as well as reciprocal grafting of the same combination was only 19.6%. Furthermore, after reciprocal grafting, the branching of all 7 seedling clones propagated from commercial cultivar grafted on a seedling clone was improved. However, the branchung of 3 seedling clones propagated from a seedling clone grafted on a commercial cultuvar did not improve. Moreover, the changes of internode length, leaf size and bract color were depended on the combination of seedling clone and commercial cultivar.
