地區發展觀光階段,研究當地居民對觀光發展衝擊認知,是成功的規劃、經營所必要考慮的要件;但若不同時關心居民的社區意識與滿意度的研究,將導致對居民觀光衝擊反應行爲的預測會缺乏正確性。本研究由居民的「觀光衝擊認知」、「社區意識」的面向切入,於調查居民的社區依附狀況和居住經驗後,以集群脈絡區隔居民在地區發展階段與實質環境改造互動過程中的位置,並比較地區居民的結構及相關特性。本研究透過因素分析及集群分析,以社區意識、觀光衝擊認知等變數整合進行居民區隔。經分析後,將居民區隔成冷漠疏離、社區交誼、商機發展等三個類群,同時針對此三類群居民特性提出說明及具體策略建議。本研究結果,將可提供規劃者發展引導策略,應具有相當程度之參考價值。
The regional tourism development stage to study the local citizens' impact and cognitions is the essential consideration for successful planning and operation. But if there are no concerns for the community consciousness of citizens and no research on their satisfaction to be done at the same time, that will lead to a lack of correctness about the estimation on the citizens' responses and behaviors towards the tourism impact. In view of this, this research starts from citizens' ”cognition of tourism impact” and ”community consciousness”, then makes surveys on the community attachment and residential experience, investigates the citizens' interactive positions at the regional development stage and in the process of substantial environmental reconstruction. Finally, the analysis on the clusters of citizens at the regional development stage is integrated. Through factor and clusters analyses, this research carries out citizen separation by the variables of community consciousness, cognition of tourism impact, etc. After analyses were made, the citizens were divided into three clusters: indifferent alienation, community friendship, and commercial development. Meanwhile, focusing on the characteristics of the citizens of these three clusters, the research proposes explanations and concrete suggestions. The results of the research can be provided as a valuable reference, to a certain extent, for planners to develop guided strategies.
