摘要

文章運用歷史學、經濟學和社會學的綜合方法，分析了大陸農村剩餘勞力由少積多、由隱至顯、由靜變動的城市因素，討論了大陸農村剩餘勞力的計算方法，並以此為基礎，提出了促進城鄉互動、工農雙贏的城鄉一體化設想。

Using a comprehensive approach of history, economics, and sociology, this paper analyzes how urban factors have affccted the evolution of the problem of rural surplus labor in mainland China. Various ways of calculating the magnitude of rural surplus labor and policy implications are discussed. A tentative plan on rural-urban integration is also proposed.
