摘要

下頜腫塊在耳鼻喉科門診患者並不少見，鑑別診斷也有許多，而下頜骨腫瘤是臨床上較少，但仍有可能出現的狀況。本科於2003年底經歷1名60歲有糖尿病的女性，主訴10多天內右側下頜部腫起，此外無其他症狀。理學檢查可見右下頜腫塊，堅硬而固著，約4×3 cm，口腔內初看無明顯異常，初步臆斷爲右側下頜區膿瘍或腫瘤。經電腦斷層影像檢查及病理切片確定診斷爲下頜骨內側長出的漿細胞瘤。因患者家住桃園，故轉至林口長庚醫院，接受後續治療。由於此病較爲罕見，特提出報告。

Mass lesion at the submandibular region is quite commonly seen clinically, and there are many possible differential diagnoses. This paper presented a case we seen in December, 2003. The patient was a 60-year-old female with her right submandibular area asymptomatic swelling in ten days. Physical examination showed a fixed mass over submandibular region, and 4 × 3 cm in size. There is no obvious intraoral finding. Initial impression was right submandibular abscess or tumor. Biopsy was done and final diagnosis was plasmacytoma. Due to the patient living in Tauyuan, she was transferred to CGMH for further management.
