醫院商業智慧系統成熟度對醫療決策品質之影響

目前透過醫療資訊系統所累積的資料量已經超出醫院可以有效利用的能力，因此醫院逐漸開始採用商業智慧系統來解決巨量資料的問題，幫助醫院決策者能萃取到正確、即時、有用的資訊改善決策品質。然而商業智慧系統的成熟度對資訊品質有正向影響，在醫療領域中卻沒有學者針對此方向作後續的探討。本研究針對醫院商業智慧系統成熟度探討其與醫療資訊品質、醫療決策品質之間的關係，並以問卷調查法進行蒐集資料。研究對象為醫院內有使用商業智慧系統之臨床與行政決策者為主，透過有採用商業智慧系統17家醫院（醫學中心12家及區域醫院5家），共發出255份問卷，回收有效問卷100份。本研究採用PLS作為統計分析的方法，研究結果發現醫院內決策者在使用商業智慧系統時，系統成熟度對醫療資訊品質有顯著正向影響，且醫療資訊品質對醫療決策品質亦有顯著正向影響。本研究結果亦可提供未來醫院在提升醫療決策品質與政府在制定醫療決策品質政策時做一個參考依據。

The data produced by hospital information system (HIS) is too huge to handle and employ it effectively for hospitals, therefore they began to adopt business intelligence system to help decision maker getting right information and making right decision at the right time. According to the past researches, the maturity of Business Intelligence System has positive impact on information quality. However, the similar researches are few in healthcare field. In this study, we will discuss the relationship among the maturity of business intelligence system, healthcare information quality, and medical decision quality. Survey method was employed and data was collected through structured questionnaire. The questionnaires were provided to 17 hospitals, including 12 medical centers, and five regional hospitals. Total 255 participators who make a decision assisted by business intelligence system were invited to answer the questionnaire and only one hundred valid questionnaires returned. The results showed the maturity of business intelligence system has a significantly positive impact on healthcare information quality, and the healthcare information quality influences medical decision quality positively and significantly. The results of this study could be the references for hospital administrators and government.
