本文從提升圖書作服務品質角度,運用文獻分析方法,闡述大學圖書館員服務導向組織公民行為理論意涵及重要性,並介紹其構面與相關研究,以及其管理意涵和具體推動作法,最後提出結論與建議,以作為圖書館管理實務及未來相關研究之參考。
From the perspective of improving the quality of library services, this article, through the analysis of related literatures, elucidates the theoretical value and significance of academic librarians' service-oriented organizational citizenship behaviors. The constitutive dimensions, relevant researches, value of management, and practical steps of implementation related to the concept are introduced. At the conclusion of this article, suggestions about the concept are proposed as references for future library management and research.
