The purpose of the study was to investigate the relationship between satisfaction and community consciousness of women who have been participating community dance club members more than one year. Subjects for this study were 313 women. Who completed a leisure-satisfaction-scale and a community-consciousness-scale. The canonical correlation was used to analyze the data. The analysis of the data revealed that there are significant canonical correlations between leisure satisfaction and community consciousness, specifically ”community identification”, ”community cohesion” and ”community concern”.
