政府有鑑於國內新移民女性人數的增加,帶來多元文化的衝擊,大力推動新移民女性成人基本教育,而華語文教學是成人基本教育中最重要的內涵,故本研究旨在探討苗栗縣新移民女性成人基本教育的華語文教學問題,並根據研究結果,提出結論與建議。 研究的進行首先藉由文獻的探討分析成人基本教育的意涵、課程規劃、教材分析;及新移民女性成人基本教育華語文教學的推動現況與相關研究;接著以問卷調查和訪談法進一步蒐集資料,針對苗栗縣新移民女性成人基本教育華語文教學,分別從「課程教材」、「教學教法」、「評量」、等三個層面,探討其實施問題。 最後根據研究結果,提出結論與建議,以提供政府機關、授課教師推動或參與「新移民女性成人基本教育華語文教學」之參考。
In the last decade, new immigrant women are rapidly increasing in Taiwan, on which bring the impact of multicultural, and therefore the Government makes a great effort to promote the new immigrant women basic education. The Chinese Language teaching is the most important content in Adult Basic Education, so this research aims at probing into Chinese Language teaching problems of Miaoli County new immigrant women basic education, and then according to the result of study to propose conclusions and suggestions. The research processing, firstly, through the literature review analyzes the meaning of Adult Basic Education, curriculum planning, teaching materials, and the present situation and relevant researches of the new immigrant women basic education. Secondly, further collect materials with questionnaire investigation and interviews, and then aim at Miaoli County new immigrant women basic education's Chinese Language teaching via 'course teaching material', 'teaching and teaching method', and 'assessment' three layers, probe into the implementation questions. Finally, according to the result of this study propose conclusions and suggestions to Government and teaching teachers for reference to promote or participate in the new immigrant women basic education.
