成人第三類咬合伴隨顔面不對稱的齒顎矯正合併正顎手術治療
Orthodontic Treatment Combined with Orthognathic Surgery for an Adult Class Ⅲ Malocclusion Patient with Mandibular Asymmetry
摘要
本報告為一個23歲、安格氏第三分類咬合伴隨顔面不對稱、單側後牙錯咬、上下牙弓嚴重擁擠的女患者。為改善外貌與咬合的異常，病患接受了齒顎矯正與下顎雙側矢狀垂直截骨術的治療。治療的結果令人滿意，病人的美觀與咬合都得到了很大的改善。

This case report described the treatment for a 23 year-old female Class Ⅲ patient with mandibular asymmetry, uni-lateral posterior crossbite and severe crowding in both jaws. To improve her facial profile and to achieve normal occlusion, she accepted the orthodontic treatment combined with orthognathic surgery (bilateral vertical ramus osteotomy). Finally, all treatment objectives were satisfied, and the patient was very pleased with the end results.
