摘要

本文目的旨在釐清多種專業（multidisciplinary）、交流專業（interdisciplinary）、與跨專業（transdisciplinary）三個術語的意涵；繼而闡述專業間攜手合作的內容及影響因素，最後舉護理之家住民口腔護理方案的施行為例，陳述專業間的合作策略，量性與質性的執行成效。藉此實證以說明長期照護專業間合作在機構照護場域的可行性與重要性。

The purpose of this article was to clarify the meanings of three terms: multidisciplinary, interdisciplinary and transdisciplinary. In addition, the contents and influential factors of interdisciplinary collaboration were also discussed. The implementation and quantitative, qualitative effectiveness of oral care in nursing home were presented as an example of interdisplinary collaboration. These evidences support the possibility and importance of interdisciplinary collaboration in institutionalized field of long-term care.
