長期照護專業間合作策略－以臺灣社區照護場域運用為例
Inter-Professional Collaboration in Long-Term Care: Community Practice in Taiwan

For the long-term care services, inter-professional collaboration is the cornerstone of successful implementation. The purpose of this article was sharing the professional cooperation model in community in Taiwan. There were three common strategies for interdisciplinary collaboration models. The first was the model of strategic alliance, while the second was the model of cross-professional cooperation, and the third was the case management model to integrate a multi-disciplinary team. Interdisciplinary collaboration can improve the quality of long-term care in community.
