本研究主要目的為一、探討兩性運動團隊文化再造之衝擊;二、研擬兩性運動團隊文化再造之領導策略;三、提升兩性運動團隊效能。本研究選擇實踐大學啦啦隊隊員22人(男12人;女10人)、教練1人(女),共23人作為研究對象。方法:本研究採用行動研究法,每一研究階段首先以開放性問卷訪談、參與觀察和技術檢核表蒐集資料,所得資料透過三角測定分析資料後,研擬領導策略,再重新進入研究現場實施訓練與觀察,最後進行成效評估。研究時間在民國93年9月至94年6月間,共進行三個階段的研究循環。研究結果經由討論後發現:一、兩性運動團隊文化再造所面臨的衝擊包括有「運動技術」、「運動參與」、「團隊互動」、「價值觀」、「團隊規範」、「團隊符號」等六個要素;二、為因應團隊文化再造的衝擊,在研究過程中分別採行「植入→改變」、「修正→融合」、「激勵→超越」三個領導策略;三、經由團隊文化再造的實踐,兩性運動團隊效能獲得大幅提升。
This study examined: a.) the impact of a re-creative co-ed sports team culture; b.) the leadership strategy of re-creative coed sports team culture; and c.) the effects of the co-ed sports team. The subjects included one female coach and 22 cheerleaders (12 males and 10 females) from Shih Chien University. An action research approach was applied through open questionnaires, interviews, participation and observation, and collection of all sorts of information. The triangular analysis was used to lay out new leading strategies and then reenter the investigation scene. Three different levels of research cycle had been performed from September 2004 to June 2005. The results, through discussion, were gained: first, there were six elements-”sports techniques”, ”sports participation”, ”team interaction”, ”values”, ”team standard”, and ”team symbol”-when facing the impact of a recombined co-ed sports team culture; and second, through recreating group culture, the effects of co-ed sports would be greatly enhanced.
