摘要


本文目的在探討設計個體間藉由共同合作所產生設計資料之溝通與管理模式,以電子媒體為對象,研究溝通媒介、工具、內容、規範、權限、方式等內容以提供實際可行之專業間合作方式。內容包含溝通媒介與溝通方式探討、決策模式建立及決策執行流程規劃等主要項目。本研究希能建立設計與專業顧問溝通之媒介工具、建立溝通規範與電子媒體溝通模式、提升二地溝通便利性、溝通內容多樣化及提供業界執行設計與建築業務上實際應用之參考。涉及內容包括將資訊存於媒介之專業個體對設計所作之修改,包含圖面及非圖面資料。內容討論、設計限制條件之溝通則由專業共同參與。決策模式由執行流程配合實行,決策個體間意見溝通涉及應用媒介與工具記錄、同意、修改、檢核等作業內容;溝通規範包含工具、媒介、參與者、溝通內容、溝通方式、溝通技術及權限設定,最後並以海報設計一例說明操作過程。

The purpose of this paper is to present the communication and management pattern of design information, which is generated in collaborative design, among designers. The research mainly handles electric media and involves the studies of communication-related media, tools, content, protocol, privilege, and methods to provide a collaborative pattern among expertise. The paper contains the investigation of communication media and method, the pattern of decision-making, and related planning process. The investigation leads to the establishment of communication tools among designers and consultants, the founding of protocol, the convenience in linking two locations, the variety of contents, and a feasible application in practice. Related contents include the modification of design information, graphic and non-graphic, from individuals. Design discussion and communication of constraints would involve individuals. The decision-making in design would be conducted with the execution of defined flowchart. The communication among individuals would include the record, approval, modification, and review of media and tools. The protocol in communication would include the setup of tools, media, involved persons, contents, methods, techniques, and privileges. An example of poster design was provided to illustrate design process.
