網站瀏覽環境之品質評估架構建構與特徵屬性判定

The Evaluation Framework and Feature Identification for Website Browsing Quality

摘要


本研究應用Herzberg所提出的雙因子理論作為論述基礎及研究發展的基礎架構,透過先前研究案例之實證與分析,闡明雙因子理論亦能應用於網站瀏覽環境之品質評估,再加入文獻彙整與兩次焦點團體會議之討論和分析,從設計的觀點以及使用者的角度,提出「視覺」、「使用」與「資訊」三大品質評估構面,共計87項評估特徵,以及「通用-魅力-危險」三大品質特徵屬性;其後,透過問卷擬訂及調查,以因素分析法,針對三大品質評估構面,萃取出18個共同因素,由研究者輔以文獻分析,逐一命名,建構出內容完整的網站瀏覽環境品質評估模式;最後,再針對各評估特徵進行屬性類別的判定,具體提出網站瀏覽環境品質評估特徵之優先改善順序建議。

The framework of this study is based upon Herzberg's Two-Factor Theory. After the experiment and analysis of relative study cases, it's found that Two-Factor Theory can be applied to website environment quality evaluation. Besides, according to the literature collection and the discussion and analysis of two focus group meetings, there are three dimensions of quality evaluation, including vision, usefulness, and information from the viewpoints of designers and users. There are eighty-seven evaluation features in these three dimensions, and there are three properties for the quality features, ”general-attractive-danger”. Then, questionnaire survey and factor analysis method are used on the three dimensions of quality evaluation to extract eighteen common factors. The researcher collects literature to name these factors and construct a general framework of website environment quality evaluation. Finally, the evaluation features are classified into different categories for the suggestion of improving website environment quality evaluation.
