女大學生自慰與身體意象、性態度之相關研究

摘要

本研究在瞭解女大學生的自慰現況，並探究自慰態度與身體意象、性態度間的關聯性。研究選取南部地區大專院校共20所學校、五類學院之女大學生進行抽樣，共發出1120份問卷，回收之有效問卷為940份。研究結果發現南部地區之女大學生有自慰經驗者為26.6%，初次自慰年齡平均為15.04歲，有少數人對於自慰抱持負面且壓抑的態度；有伴侶者比無伴侶者在自慰態度上較為開放；無自慰經驗者對於體重的變化與節食會較為關注，而有自慰經驗者則對於外表的吸引力滿意度較高，且性愛觀念上較為開放；感受到父母自慰態度愈正向開放時，女大學生對自我之外表的吸引力與滿意度較高，較能悅納自我外表。自慰態度愈正向者，身體意象愈正向。本研究可作為教育與諮商輔導界對女性情慾介入之參考。

The purpose of this study is to explore the correlations among masturbation, body image, and sexual attitude of female college students. The data was collected from 920 valid questionnaires among 1,120 female respondents from 5 different colleges of 20 universities in Southern Taiwan. The questionnaire includes demographic information, body image scale, sex attitude scale and masturbation attitude scale. Statistical analysis is processed with SPSS for Window. The findings of this study are as follows: 1. 26.6% of the females have masturbation experience and the average age of their first masturbation is 15.04. A minority of them hold a negative attitude toward and feel inhibited toward masturbation. 2. The attitude toward masturbation of the respondents who have a partner tends to be more open than that of those who don't. 3. The respondents without masturbation experience are more concerned about their weight and diet than those who with masturbation. However, the respondents without masturbation experience are more satisfied with their physical attraction, and their sex concept tends to be more open. 4. When the respondents are aware of their parents' positive attitude towards masturbation, they are more satisfied with their physical attraction and have better acceptance of their self-image. 5. The more positive their attitude towards masturbation, the more positive their self-image. The results of this study provide practical information regarding intervention of female sexual desire for educators and counselors.
