The study collects 38 the court criminal judgments of drowning accidents in swimming pools from Jan, 1996 to Apr, 2006, using content analysis to understand the proceeding trend of the drowning accidents in swimming pools. The study outcomes are as follows: 1. The numbers of male and female are equal to the drowning accidents in swimming pool. 2. Most of drowning accidents happens on children (65.8%). 3. Drowning accidents results the death of 35 people (92.1%), 3 people vegetable (8.6%). 4. 26 judgments are made by local court, 8 are made by high court, and 4 are made by Supreme Court. 5. The most judgments are ”occupational negligence causing death” (57.9%), the second is ”negligence causing death” (31.6%), the third is ”negligence injury” (7.9%), and the last is ”occupational negligence injury” (2.6%).
