摘要

從政府於2002年推動第1期「加強數位內容產業發展推動方案」以來，數位內容產業的產值從2001年的1,334億元，成長至2007年的3,609億元，己為台灣數位內容產業之發展與推動奠定了良好基礎。雖然政府不斷投入心力於數位內容產業的發展，但是台灣面臨產業提升的關鍵階段，科技專業人才的短缺往往使得產業難以找到適當專業人力協助產業進行產品的轉型與升級。雖然受教育的人數增多，但是一般的大學與職業訓練教育無法訓練出可協助產業轉型的人才，而這類高級科技人才必須藉由政策制定及長期的規劃，才能達到成產業需求。本研究欲預測未來幾年數位內容產業的專題研究的人力、件數及經費的數量，以了解數位內容產業的發展趨勢。在調查過程中，使用國科會資料庫的數據，以二重指數法推估未來六年在數位內容領域的人力及資金投入等數據，透過預測模型的數據，來分析現今數位內容產業發展。研究並以7054份高級研究人才問卷結果，分析數位內容產業領域人才流動現象與趨勢。研究結果顯示，雖然數位內容產業研究人才供給穩定增加，並有很多他領域學者的跨領域研究及流入此一產業領域，但供給的成長比率仍不足供應數位內容產業的發展所需。

After the government provided ”the plan to develop digital content industry” from 2002, the industry income was increased from 1.33 billion dollar to 3.6 billion dollar in last 7 years. It means Digital Content Industry has established the some good foundation. When our government still help this industry to promote, but it faced the problems about without enough human resource to help it promote. It is very difficult to solve the problems in the short-term time and to find the profession people by the education. It need the policy and plans to fit the balance.The study is intended to forecast the number of employee, projects and overheads in Digital Content Industry. And also to know the development of Digital Content Industry, in the process, the study used the National Science Council database to forecast the number of human resource and overheads in next six year. It also used the forecast model to analysis the condition of Digital Content Industry. We also want to analyses Digital Content Industry's human resource flow and the tendency by 7054 advanced studies talented person questionnaire result.And we know that although the industry research human supply is increase stably, and has many other domain's scholar want to across to this research field and convert to this industrial domain, but the supplies growth ratio still insufficient supplied the industrial development to need.
