It is common when dealing with nursing work for nurses to spend much time recording and checking data, particularly duplicate records. This not only wastes time, but also easily results in incorrect wrong data. Recently Buddhist Tzu Chi General Hospital linked the nursing information system with a personal digital assistant (PDA) for the recording of routine nursing procedures.
