從中央監控室體驗博物館科技管理之效能－以國立科學工藝博物館為例

摘要

智慧型大樓係由，(1)建築(2)通訊(3)辦公室自(office Automation: OA)(4)大樓自動化(Building Automation: BA)等四個系統所構成，並將此四個系統予以做有機性的整合，以便對辦公室業務的處理提供各種高度化的服務，及追求機能性、經濟性、可靠性與安全性為目的，以提昇辦公室知識性的生產力。而大樓自動化(BA)系統之主要目的，是考慮如何確保環境控制系統的高效率化與經濟性的運轉管理，及保護對人、物有關的資訊管理的安全性。
若現場端末器及傳輸網路比喻人體之觸覺及神經系統，那麼；安全防災系統可謂是人體的免疫系統，而建築物之中央監控室就相當人類的大腦和中樞了，負責發佈、統整、管理各訊息。
國立科學工藝博物館（以下簡稱科工館）內之智慧型中央監控室為：水電空調、防災安全、門禁管制、連絡通訊、等館內各項系統設備運作情形之蒐集、整理、分析及發佈之處，為建築物機電運作的指揮中樞，再透過現場處理器、現場端末器及傳輸網路等網絡神經，組合而成智慧型大樓自動化系統。主宰本館水電、空調、照明之供應，電梯、消防之運作監視，及門禁安全、衛生之管理，使科工館機電各系統在電腦自動控制下，提供便利性、安全性、節能性、舒適性及省力性的高效率之營運和管理。

An Intelligent building is composed of four systems, 1) Structure, 2) Communication, 3) Office Automation: OA and 4) Building Automation: BA. They are integrated with mobility so that they can provide high service to handle office business, and aim at seeking function, economy, stability and safety to increase office knowledge productivity. The main purpose of Building Automation (BA) is to consider how to ensure the high efficiency of environmental control system and economic operation management and to protect the safety of information management related to people and ot her matters.
If on-site terminal and transmission network are human's tactile organ and nervous system, then safety natural calamities prevention system is the immune system, and central monitor room of the building is equal to human’s brain and central nervous system, which is in charge of promulgating, integrating and managing massages.
The intelligent central monitor room in National Science and Technology Museum is the command center of mechanical and electrical operation. It is responsible for gathering, arranging, analyzing and promulgating the operation condition of each system, such as water and electricity, air conditioner, natural calamities prevention, entrance guard restraint, communication, etc. In addition, it composes into one intelligent Building Automation (BA) system through the combination of the net neurology, such as on-site processor, terminal and transmission network. The central monitor room is in charge of supplying the water and electricity, air conditioner and illumination, operating and monitoring the elevator, fire control and the management of entrance guard safety and sanitation. Under the computer automation control, each mechanical and electrical system provides high efficient operation and management with convenience, safety, energy saving, comfort, and effort saving.
