國際恐怖主義蓋達(Al-Qaeda)組織的意識型態與策略之分析

摘要

國際恐怖主義活動過去一年來非常猖獗，世界各地發生許多恐怖攻擊，造成無辜百姓傷亡。當今全球最重要的國際恐怖組織就是屬於賓。拉登的蓋達組織，其利用過佈於全球的恐怖份子與各種組織，運用各種攻擊手段，進行全球恐怖活動。本文一方面主要探討蓋達組織的意識型態，分別從伊斯蘭基要主義、伊斯蘭激進主義以及全球聖戰觀點，分述蓋達組織的思想根源，另一方面針對蓋達組織的主要攻擊策略與方式加以分析。本文最後認為：不論蓋達組織未來是否繼續存在或領導，其已成為「意識型態化」下的恐怖名詞，蓋達組織可能是21世紀初期，最令人畏懼的政治迷思與政治恐怖活動。

Movements of international terrorism have run wild highly since 2003, many innocent person suffer heavy casualties, because of the worldwide terror attacks prevail. Al-Qaeda was the mentor of Osama Bin Laden,, that was famous organization of international terrorism, nowadays ,it makes use of terrorists and cadres, various means of assault for global terror movements. This paper explore mainly the ideology of Al-Qaeda, including Islam fundamentalism, Islam extremism and the idea of global jihad, these are roots of thought on Al-Qaeda. On the other hand, this paper aims to explain the strategies and tactics of Al-Qaeda operation. Finally, Al-Qaeda has become a new terror term of ”Ideologization”, no matter what it still live or lead in future, A1-Qaeda is a dread political myth and terror movement in 21 th century.
