摘要

包括台灣在內的亞洲民主國家，在2000年以來受到兩個國際因素影響，出現了人權水準嚴重倒退的現象。其一是美國的反恐國策，其二是中國經濟的崛起。而在2008年的台灣，更因爲國民黨雖然重新取得政權，卻毫無改變其過去的威權體質，反而快速的放棄台灣已有的國際人權標準，向中國的人權低標準看齊。此一人權倒退現象，在中國海協會會長陳雲林訪台期間，被台灣政府表現得至矣盡矣，蔑以加矣。

During the first decade of the new millennium, the human rights situation among many Asian democratic countries, particularly in Taiwan, has been abused and degraded awfully by two international factors-namely the anti-terrorism policy of USA, and the rise of China's economy. With these two factors, and in addition to its anti-democratic true nature, the KMT, which gained the presidential office in 2008, has shown its spite of human rights again. The KMT government has speedily reduced Taiwan's human rights standard to an absurdity in order to present its homage to China during the last two months.
