國民中小學校長專業發展困境與因應之研究

The Study of the Difficulties and Responding Strategies in Elementary and Junior High School Principals' Professional Development

摘要


本文旨在探討國民中小學校長專業發展之困境與因應之道,為達成此目的,本文首先提出國民中小學校長在社會變遷中的角色定位,其次,分析校長專業發展之內涵,繼而分別探討國民中小學校長專業發展之現況與困境,最後,根據研究發現提出國民中小學校長專業發展困境之因應,以期研究結果對國民中小學校長之專業發展有所助益,同時就研究結果及研究發現提供建議事項,提供校長儲訓機構、教育行政機關規劃校長專業發展活動時之參考。

The purpose of the paper is to investigate the difficulties and strategies of elementary school principals' professional development in Taiwan. In order to achieve this objective, we are (1) address the principal role of elementary school, (2) analyze the contents of principals' professional development, (3) explore the current situation and problems of elementary school principals' professional development, and (4) address several strategies to improve elementary school principals' professional development. In addition, according to the analyses and results of the research, the researcher proposes the several suggestions provided administration and related educate institutes, for the references of planning principals' professional development activities.
