應用「重要-表現程度分析法」探討蘇澳冷泉服務品質之研究

Using the Technique of Importance-Performance Analysis to Explore Service Quality in Su-Ao Tourism Cold Spring

摘要


本研究以有體驗過蘇澳冷泉遊客為研究對象,並應用重要-表現程度分析法探究遊客對蘇澳冷泉服務品質重要程度與表現程度的關係,以為蘇澳冷泉經營者提供提昇服務品質管理之建議。本研究利用問卷調查進行資料蒐集,共發出500份問卷,有效問卷為424份,分析結果發現,蘇澳冷泉公園服務品質20個變項中,有6個落在第一象限「繼續保持區」;有8個落在第二象限「優先改善區」;有3個落在第三象限「次要改善區」;有3個落在第四象限「過度重視區」。此結果可供經營者參考,作為服務品質改善的依據,進而提昇其顧客滿意度。

The study surveyed the visitors by questionnaires in the Su-Ao Cold Springs and using the technique of Importance-Performance Analysis to explore service quality, and then offered some suggestions. The survey was conducted with 500 copies issued and with 424 effective copies returned. The results suggested that there are six questions should be classified as ”deep up the good work”; eight questions should be classified as ”concentrate here”; three questions should be classified as ”low priority”; three questions should be classified as ”possible overkill”. The results can be used by management to improve service quality, and then promote customer satisfaction.
