機械相關系學生工程圖學剖視圖解題歷程之研究

A Study of Problem Solving Process of Sectional View in Engineering Graphics by Mechanical Related Students in Universities

摘要


本研究昌在探討大學機械相關學系學生繪製物體剖視圖之解題歷程,以作為教學與學習之參考。本研究以國立台灣師範大學與彰化師範大學工業教育學系學生四十名為研究對象,以有聲思考法蒐無其繪製物體剖視圖時之解題行為,並應用量化之統計方法處理不同專長領威受試者之空間觀念,對解題行為的影響。最後依據研究發現,提出本研究結論如下: 一、受試者的物體剖視圖解題行為出現最多者為「策略運用行為類」其次為「基本活動類」其餘為「綜合認知行為類」。 二、機械製圖專長領域受試者在繪製剖視圖所表現的各項解題行為中,僅「佈圖與繪各視圖外形基準線或中心線」一項顯著優於非機械製圖專長領域者。 三、受試者之不同專長領域能顯著預測其繪製剖視圖的結果。 四、解題成功的受試者比失敗者表現較多計畫、策略、思考、分析條件或目標之解題行為。 五、剖視圖解題行為分類架構可提供大學機械相關系剖視圖教學之參考。 本研究對剖視圍之教學除建議宜增進學習者策略行為,以提升物體剖視圖之繪製能力及提供學習者系統化之剖視圖解題方法以增進解題能力外,並建議教師在教學時應使用物體實物或模型教學,以增進學習者之空間概念、視圖選擇以及策略應用概念。至於解題成功組之剖視圖解題歷程,以及分類架構之實際成效,則宜再作進一步探討。

The study aims to explore the problem-solving process of sectional view by mechanical engineering related students in university so as to serve as reference for improvements in teaching sectional view. The subjects of this study include 40 Industrial Education majors from the National Taiwan Normal University and the National Chunghua University of Education. The study complies the subjects' behavior in producing sectional view of objects with the thinking aloud approach, and also applies quantitative statistic methods to analyze the impacts of the space concept on the problem-solving behavior of subjects with different majors. According to the findings in the study, the following conclusions are this drawn from the research: l. The problem-solving behavior exhibited by most subjects in producing sectional view may be classified into the following categories and in the same order in terms of the frequency: ”strategic behavior,” ”basic activity,” and ”comprehensive cognitive behavior.” 2. Mechanical drawing majors performed profoundly better than non-mechanical drawing majors only in ”lay-out and drawing the contour baseline or central line of different views.” 3. The majors of the subjects obviously influenced the subjects' drawings. 4. Successful problem solvers in the study demonstrated behavior like planning, strategy-making, thinking, and model-analyzing. 5. The classification structure of problem-solving behavior for producing sectional view may serve as reference for mechanical related departments in colleges to design the teaching of object sectional view. Some recommendations also listed in this study.
