摘要

靈性協助個人在不同人生經驗與事件中，發現不同生命意義與目的。本文闡述「靈性」、「靈性安適」、「相關靈性安適測量工具」、「靈性安適相關性研究與影響因素」及「靈性安適照護」，以提供靈性安適照護與研究的參考。靈性安適藉由靈性本質引導，包含宗教層面與存在層面，兩者相互協調，可滿足個人生活上與神及至高力量者問的關係，擁有意義的生活。靈性安適常被視為個人因應機轉，支持人們面對與調適不被期待的事件。現今多種靈性安適測量工具，如：靈性安適量表(SWB scale)、JAREL靈性安適量表、Moberg's靈性安適索引等，已被發展應用於臨床與研究，以測量患者靈性安適程度。本文經由回顧靈性安適相關研究，整理出靈性安適相關影響因素，包含個人基本特性、疾病需求、焦慮、希望、生活品質等。針對不同屬性患者，給予適當的靈性安適照護，以增進患者靈性安適。

Spirituality can help people with different life experiences find different life meanings and values. Spiritual well-being is induced by spirituality. It includes both religious well-being and existential well-being. If religious well-being and existential well-being coordinate with each other, they can satisfy the individual's need for a relationship with God and make peoples' lives more meaningful. Today many tools have been developed to measure spiritual well-being and applied to clinics and research. In order to promote the spiritual well-being of patients, we need to understand how to evaluate and practice spiritual care and meet the different needs of patients. After reviewing the relevant literature, the correlative factors of spiritual well-being are arranged, including personal characteristics, demands of illness, anxiety, hope, and quality of life. In this paper the meanings of spirituality and spiritual well-being are identified. The tools used to measure spiritual well-being are described. The relative studies and correlative factors of spiritual well-being are explained. The importance of spiritual well-being in medical care is also introduced. It is hoped that this paper can provide a reference to promote the spiritual well-being of the individual.
