國小學務行政領導與追隨關係之性別政治分析

摘要


針對性別政治的探究,國內研究鮮少以特定處室為研究場域,本文關注的主題即為學務行政領導與追隨關係之間的性別政治樣貌。根據性別政治文獻指出,性別關係牽涉到宰制、壓迫與剝削的社會關係。本研究選擇中部兩所規模相當的國民小學作為研究個案,以性別政治論述為研究基礎,佐以深度訪談和參與觀察法收集資料,並加入筆者的學思心得,進而與理論進行完整的對話。透過性別政治的視角,本研究獲得以下結論:(一)學務行政領導者與追隨者間的性別氣質分工難以解構的。領導者面對不同性別追隨者時,會將追隨者依照特定的標準加以分類,而給予不同的對待。(二)學務行政領導之行為表現常會擺盪在陽剛與陰柔間,但學校組織成員間會因為共事時間的增加,而降低對性別刻板印象的依賴,追隨者之服從意願力也會逐漸增加。

Inquiry for gender politics, the domestic research rarely focused on specific offices. The subject of this article was concerned with the appearance of gender politics between student affairs administration leaders and followers. According to the literature about gender politics, gender relations involves social relations of domination, oppression and exploitation. In this study, we selected two quite middle size elementary schools as a case study. The study of gender-based political discourse, accompanied by in-depth interviews and participant observation gathered information, and joined the thiking of researcher, and then dialogued with the theories . Through the perspective of gender politics, this research had the following conclusions: (a) The division of gender temperament among student affairs administration leaders and followers was hard to deconstruct. When leaders faced different gender followers, the followers would be classified according to specific criteria and given different treatment. (b) Student Affairs administrative leaders often swing between the masculine and feminine. When the working time of members in the organization was increasing, that would reduce the reliance on gender stereotypes, and then the wishes of obedience of followers to leaders will gradually increase.
