國中學生人格特質、學生組織公民行為與體育課樂趣之研究

The relationship among personality traits, students' organizational citizenship behavior, and enjoyment in physical education class

摘要


過去研究指出人格特質是影響學生參與體育課樂趣的重要因素之一,對學生而言,幾乎所有的學習活動都是在班級團體中進行,因此本研究主要目的在檢驗人格特質、學生組織公民行為與體育課樂趣之間的關係,以及學生組織公民行為所扮演的中介效果。研究以便利取樣方式共獲得389份國中學生有效樣本,施測學生人格特質量表、學生組織公民行為量表、體育課樂趣量表,而後進行基本描述性統計、變項相關分析,以及中介模型之分析檢驗。研究結果發現除了神經質之外,人格特質中的親和外向性、開放性及嚴謹性都與學生組織公民行為和體育課樂趣有正向關聯,人格特質會透過學生組織公民行為的展現,進而影響在體育課程中感受到的樂趣。未來研究可針對學生組織公民行為進一步設計介入計畫,並針對不同年齡層學生修正更適合的測量工具,以提供後續研究者參考。

Personality is one of the most important factors that influences students' participation in physical education. Given that students spent a great deal of time studying and learning in class as a group, it is worthy to note the influence. The purpose of the present study was to examine the relationship among personality traits, students' organizational citizenship behavior, and their enjoyment in physical education class. Besides, mediating effects of students' organizational citizenship behavior between personality and enjoyment was analyzed. A convenience sample of 389 junior high school students was collected; personality traits, students' organizational citizenship behavior, and enjoyment in physical education class were measured using instruments that validated from literature. After screening and discarding invalid data, descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and mediation models were conducted. The findings showed that Openness/Agreeableness, Extraversion, and Conscientiousness were all positively related to students' organizational citizenship behavior and enjoyment. Furthermore, mediating effects were significant, that is, the link between students' personality and enjoyment in physical education class was mediated partially by their organizational citizenship behavior. For practical use, intervention focusing on students' organizational citizenship behavior should be established. Measurements suitable for different ranges of age are also needed in future research.
