樂趣化與傳統式教學對籃球運球上籃之學習與保留效果

摘要


本研究旨在比較樂趣化與傳統式教學,對籃球運球上籃學習效果與保留效果的差異。以國小六年級為研究對象,於體育課程進行籃球單元時,將普通班兩班共42位學生,分配一班為樂趣化教學組,另一班為傳統式教學組各21位學生,學生皆未受過正式籃球訓練,但皆有基本傳球及運球能力。兩組各由經檢核的自製教案進行每週2節,每節40分鐘共6週的教學。每位學生前、後測與後測兩週後,皆以右手運球上籃共10次進行評量,再以兩教學法的得分進行分析。研究結果發現兩組後測成績皆顯著優於前測,休息2週後的保留效果與後測並無顯著差異。兩組間的教學效果與保留效果亦無顯著差異。本研究結論樂趣化教學與傳統式教學對國小生運球上籃,具有良好的學習與保留效果,但樂趣化教學與傳統式教學二組間的學習效果與保留效果沒有顯著差異。

The purpose of this study was understand the fun teaching methods and traditional teaching methods in learning effective and retention effective of basketball lay-up. Recruited 42 sixth-grade elementary school students, random divided to 21 untrained students in fun teaching and traditional group. 2 groups taught twice a week in six weeks. Lay-up skill was test before and after and 2 weeks after rest. The scores of post-test were significantly higher than pre-test, no significantly different between pre-test and the test after 2 week, the scores also no significantly different between two groups. Our study concluded that teaching methods and traditional teaching methods both have significant learning effective and retention effective, but both groups have no significantly different.
