觀光工廠做為戶外教育學習場域之探索研究

Exploratory Research of Tourism Factories as a Learning Field for Outdoor Education

摘要


經濟部工業局自2003年起推動觀光工廠輔導計畫,協助具有產業文化、地方特色和教育價值的傳統工廠轉型經營觀光工廠,提供民眾兼具知識與趣味的休閒場所,並增加工廠的收益。儘管地方特色和教育價值是觀光工廠的重要功能,然而,長期以來國內對觀光工廠的學位論文研究,主要仍集中在體驗行銷、顧客滿意度等商業管理面向。本文旨在探索觀光工廠研究的新方向,針對2005年以來迄今博碩士論文知識加值系統中,有關觀光工廠和校外教學相關的學位論文共十篇,透過文獻回顧和內容分析等方法進行探討分析。研究結果發現,雖然觀光工廠具有良好的學習成效,但是學術界對於它在教育學習的角色和效益探討仍十分稀少。在現今強調戶外教育與以素養為導向的教育改革趨勢下,本文認為,通過評鑑的觀光工廠不僅是安全的戶外教育學習場域,也可以連結真實情境,促進學生統整學習和社會參與的能力。

The Industrial Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs has promoted the tourism factory guidance program since year 2003, in order to assist traditional factories with industrial culture, local characteristics and educational value to transform and operate tourism factories. As well as to provide people with a leisure place with both knowledge and interest, and to increase the revenue of the factory accordingly. Although local characteristics and educational value are important functions of tourism factories. However, domestic research theses of tourism factories had mainly focused on business management aspects such as experience marketing and customer satisfaction so far. The article aims to explore new directions for research on tourism factories. Through the National Digital Library of Theses and Dissertations in Taiwan from year 2005 until now, a total of ten theses related to tourism factories and outdoor education have been collected and discussed by literature review and content analysis. The article turns out that although tourism factories have good learning results, there are few studies on the role positioning and benefits of their education and learning in the academic field. Nowadays, under the trend of outdoor education and literacy-oriented education reform, the article believes that the tourism factories that passed the evaluation are not only safe outdoor learning fields, but can also be connected to the real environment, to promote students' ability to integrate learning and social participation.
