從三國玩家變身三國專家-談經典閱讀三國演義課程的開展

Abstracts


本篇論文說明我國中時期與三國結緣,走進心理學專業領域,最後成為通識「三國演義」課程教師的歷程。專業系所培育出來的教師,要發揮自身優勢,瞭解學生需求,並設計多元活動,方能充分結合自身興趣與專長,開設有益學生的通識課程。累積8個學期的授課經驗,能不斷提昇課程品質的主因包括:執行反思作業,故不斷汲取學生意見修改教學方式;結合心理測驗專長設計量表,故能具體得知學生進步情形;加入線上即時互動科技,故能提昇課堂趣味性與刺激性;搭配公民素養陶塑計畫,故能教學相長並提供修課學生行政協助。通識教師的神聖使命在激發同學們高昂的學習興趣,讓學生「成為一個人」,因此就算如孔明般鞠躬盡瘁,也要培育青青子衿走上美好人生。

Parallel abstracts


In this paper, I described the processes I encountered with Three Kingdoms since junior high school , entered in the field of psychology, and became a lecturer teaching "Romance of the Three Kingdoms" in general education. Lecturers trained from special professionals could take adventage of their own strengths and try to know student's needs, so that multiple activities combining teacher's interest and expertise could be created in the classroom to benefit students. Accumulating teaching experiences for 8 semesters, I have elevated the quality of the course by implimenting reflective writing to retrieve students' opinions, combining psychological assessment expertise to realize students' improvement, adding online interactive technology to increase fun and excitement, utilizing citizen virtue development plan to offer students additional help and increase lecturer's knowledge. Sacred missions of general education teachers includes stirring up students' motivation and letting a student "on becoming a person." So that even exhausted our energy like Zhuge Liang in the Three Kingdoms, we are still devoting ourselves to helping students develop their magnificent lifes.
