本研究之目的在探討中等學校羽球教練工作價值觀與工作壓力之現況及其關係。以自編問卷「中等學校羽球教練工作價值觀與工作壓力調查問卷」為研究工具,並以參加教育部主辦之「九十六年度中等學校運動會」之羽球教練為研究對象,來測量中等學校羽球教練工作價值觀與工作壓力之現況,共計發出研究問卷221份,實際回收有效問卷162份,有效問卷回收率為73.3%,經統計分析後獲得以下發現: 一、中等學校羽球教練具有趨於正向且中上程度的工作價值觀,其中又以「自我實現」之得分最高,顯示多數羽球教練能夠在工作當中獲得成就感。 二、中等學校羽球教練所知覺之工作壓力屬於中上程度,其中又感受到最高之「工作負荷」壓力。 三、除球隊級別、教育程度、現任職務外,中等學校羽球教練之性別與訓練年資均會影響其工作價值觀。 四、除教育程度外,性別、球隊級別、現任職務、訓練年資等背景變項,均會影響中等學校羽球教練對於工作壓力之知覺。 五、中等學校羽球教練之工作價值觀與工作壓力各構面之間,存在著負相關的關係,顯示中等學校排球教練之工作價值觀愈趨向正面,則其工作壓力愈低。
The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship between working value and working stress of badminton coach in Taiwan's high schools. The questionnaire was developed by researchers to survey the relationship between working value and working stress of badminton coaches. The samples were chosen from those badminton coaches who attended high school badminton competition in 2007 to measure their perception of working value and working stress. There were 221 copies were sent out and 162 copies returned. The value return rate is 73.3%. There are some important data we got after SPSS statistical software analysis as follows: 1. There are positive and middle level in working value of high school badminton coaches, however「self-esteems」is highest. It means that most of coaches have high achievement during working. 2. The perception in working stress of high school coaches is on the middle level, however「, work loading」is on the most highest level. 3. 「Sex」and 「training experiences」are more significant to affect their working value, besides「team level」,「educational level」,「position」. 4. The individual background factors will affect the coaches' perception of working stress, besides「educational level」,「sex」,「team level」,「position」and「training experiences」. 5. There are negative correlations between the factors of working value and working stress. It explains that the more positive working value the coaches have, the less working stress they will have.
