This study employed Wu's (1999) Scale of Psychological Sport Skills to survey 317 collegiate male volleyball players. The purpose of this research was to investigate the psychological sport status of collegiate male volleyball players. One-ay ANOVA, a t-test and Scheffe's method were adopted for data analysis. The results revealed that different divisions ages, attack positions and defense positions did not reach significant difference levels with regard to psychological sport skills (p>.05). However, varying years of experience and starting order reached significant difference levels with regard to the confidence factor. Players who had more years of volleyball experience and who were starters had higher confidence levels.
