The Concept of Total Planning for Senior Housing

摘要

台灣地區由於人口結構轉型，家族型態改變；且由於社會、經濟的成長，已形成高齡少子化社會。台灣地區的人口老化速度相當快速，已經在世界上排名前矛。老化過程中，住宅對其健康生活之影響上，扮演了相當重要的角色。退休後的第二人生的居住安排，應符合「安定」、「安心」、「安全」等三個原則。依據不同身心狀況需求，於社區化、去機構化、單元化與個室化等理念之下，應用整體規劃、衛星式照顧、群體生活照顧單元等方法，造就更有尊嚴與自主的晚年。

Because of the transition of demographic structure in Taiwan, it also results in changes of family style. And rather, due to society, and economic growth, it be appeared aging society in which people with longevity and infants are scare. The speedy population ageing in Taiwan has become a much prioritized case in the world.
The residence plays a very important role during his or her aging process i.e.. The living arrangements of 2(superscript nd) life after their retirements' should meet three principles: ”Stabilization”, ”Reassurance” and ”Security”. Based on variety of health functional heeds, it will bring up higher dignity and independency when people are aging, under the principles: ”at Community”, ”De-institutionalized”, ”with living unit”, and ”Room individnals”, which adopts ways of integrated planning, satellite care, group living care unit etc.
