陶藝釉藥呈色劑之顯色能力研究

A Study of Color Manifestation Abilities of Pigment Glazes

摘要


文獻對釉藥呈色劑用量之論述不同,頗令陶藝界困擾。故本研究採實驗研究法探究:(1)實驗常用釉藥呈色劑添加量與顯色能力的相關性、(2)比較常用釉藥呈色劑添加量影響釉方熔融度的差異性、(3)界定常用釉藥呈色劑添加量最適值與所顯色效果。研究結論如下: 1.呈色劑添加量與顯色能力的相關性有四點:(1)初始顯色色相多與呈色劑原色相近;(2)呈色劑添加量影響顯色色相轉為相近色或強烈的對比色,差異極大;(3)呈色劑添加量與顯色明度多呈現「近負相關有極限值」的關係;(4)呈色劑添加量與顯色彩度多呈現「近正相關有極限值」的關係。 2.呈色劑添加量影響釉方熔融度極具差異,影響強弱依序為:三氧化二鉻(Cr2O3)、二氧化鈦(TiO2)、氧化銅(CuO)、二氧化錫(SnO2)、碳酸銅(CuCO3)、二氧化錳(MnO2)、矽酸鋯(ZrSiO4)、三氧化二鐵(Fe2O3)與氧化鈷(CoO)。 3.以「呈色劑名、添加量、PCCS色相、明度值、彩度值」表示呈色劑添加量最適值與顯色效果,則為(1)三氧化二鐵、5-7%、帶紅色的黃、6.5-5.5、3-5S;(2)碳酸銅、2-5%、青綠、6.5-5.5、4-5S;(3)氧化銅、2-5%、青綠、5.5-4.5、5-6S;(4)氧化鈷、0.9-4.3%、青、4.5-2.5、5-8S;(5)二氧化錳、6-10%、紫棕、5.5-4.5、3-5S;(6)三氧化二鉻、2-4%、綠、6.5、2-3S;(7)二氧化錫、6-10%、白、8.5-9.5、1S;(8)二氧化鈦、5-6%、白、9.5、1S;(9)矽酸鋯、8-12%、白、9.5、1S。 研究建議:(1)探討呈色劑影響釉方熔融度的原因、(2)探究呈色劑添加量影響顯色色相轉變的原因。

The sort what quantity of pigment glazes influnces glaze formula founding is: Cr2O3, TiO2, CuO, SnO2, CuCO3, MnO2, ZrSiO4, Fe2O3, and CoO. 3. The suitable quantity and manifestation colors of pigment glazes are (”pigment glazes, quantity, PCCS Hues, Value, Chroma”): (1) Fe2O3, 5-7%, 7:ry, 6.5-5.5. 3-5S. (2) CuCO3, 2-5%, 13:bG, 6.5-5.5, 4-5S. (3) CuO, 2-5%, 14:BG, 5.5-4.5. 5-6S. (4) CoO, 0.9-4.3%, 17:B, 4.5-2.5. 5-8S. (5) MnO2, 6-10%, 4:Ro, 5.5-4.5, 3-5S. (6) Cr203, 2-4%. 12:G, 6.5, 2-3S. (7) SnO02, 6-10%.W, 8.5-9.5, 1S. (8) TiO2, 5-6%, W, 9.5, 1S. (9) ZrSiO4, 8-12%, W, 9.5, 1S. The suggestions are to explore: (1) the reasons why quantity of pigment glazes influnces glaze formula founding, (2) the reasons why quantity of pigment glazes influences Hue.
