台灣跆拳道選手朱木炎、陳詩欣創下台灣參加奧運會72年以來首次榮獲雙金記錄。是目前台灣最具國際競技實力的優勢運動種類之一。體能爲技術的基石,提升技術水準,於比賽時發揮最大的競技戰力。本文以2006年跆拳道培訓隊專項體能訓練計畫,建構跆拳道專項體能訓練,依據培訓任務的主要比賽,詳細劃分跆拳道專項體能訓練期程與內容,有效運用訓練方法,並在科學化的訓練及運用科技儀器的檢測評定,以量化的數據爲訓練品質的監控依據,彈性調控專項體能狀態,達比賽時的體能高峰,有效支援比賽技術的發揮。長時期的訓練,運動員容易身心俱疲。故教練應該在不影響訓練原則下,適時彈性調控,改變訓練環境或調整訓練內容。
Taiwan's Taekwondo players-Chu Mu Yen and Chen Shi Xin have created to have the honour to win the double golden record since Taiwan participate the Olympic Games for 72 years. Taekwondo is the most one of superiority sports of international strength in Taiwan at present. Physical Fitness bases on the skill. Improving the skill standard presents the biggest fight in competition. This study takes the Physical Fitness training program of our Taekwondo training team of Asian Games2006 as an example to construct the Taekwondo Specific Physical training. According to main competition of training duty divides the Taekwondo Specific Physical training periods and contents in detail, make use of training method effectively. Moreover, evaluation in the scientific training and using the technical instrument by the quantitative data as monitor of training quality, Specific Physical condition is regulated effectively and elasticated to reach the peak of Physical Fitness for effective support skills to display in competition. Training method of Physical Fitness is dazzling, but long-term training is easy to cause the player to feel insipidly. Coach should regulate elastically at the right moment, change training environment and adjust training content when the training is not be affected.
