跆拳道攻擊得分動作及區域之研究：以2008年總統盃跆拳道錦標賽女子組冠亞軍賽為例

摘要

本研究主要目的在探討跆拳道比賽女子選手得分動作之攻擊型態、得分區域、得分時間、得分部位及得分腳之研究。以「2008年總統盃跆拳道錦標賽」女子組冠亞軍戰作為主要研究對象，研究方法以描述統計進行分析。研究結果發現得分動作型態以被動右腳後腳旋踢中端40次(56%)最高；得分時間於每回合前40秒得分36次(51%)為最高，41-80秒得分11次(15%)為最低；得分區域以中央1區61次(86%)為最高，紅4區0次(0%)為最低；被動攻擊型態得分46次(64%)優於主動攻擊型態26次(36%)；得分腳以右腳53次(74%)高於左腳19次(26%)；得分部位則是以中端70次(97%)高於上端2次(3%)。以上研究結果所得之數據得以提供未來教練在訓練能有更明確的方向。

The purpose of this study was to explore attack points style, points area, and points time in taekwondo competition. Subjects were selected from the 2008 National Presidential Taekwondo championship final games of female division. All data gathered were processed with descriptive statistics by Excel for Windows. The results of the obtain information showed that game points scored 15 points in 7(superscript th) weight category as highest and 3 points in 1(superscript th) weight category as lowest. Points style result passive right leg roundhouse kick middle of the body 40 times (56%) as the highest and active left leg jump double roundhouse kick middle of the body、active right lag slide frounttread middle of the body、passive right leg liad leg roundhouse kick middle of the body and passive defense correct fist (near bady) right leg roundhouse kick middle of the body 1 time (1%) as the lowest. 36 points time scored 40 seconds before the end of each round as the highest (51%), 11 points scored between 41-80 seconds as the lowest (15%). 61 points area were scored in the central one zone as the highest (86%), and red four zone as the lowest (0%). Attack points style favor Points for passive attack for 46 points (64%) and points for active attack result 26 points (36%). Scoring preferred foot was right leg attack 53 points (74%) and left leg attack 19 points (26%). Points area in scoring was mid section 70 (97%) points than high section 2 points (3%). Above research data can be applied in future training in specific development for Taekwondo coaches.
