本研究之目的爲形成「精神衛生護理師」培訓及甄審制度的理念及探討推展的模式;以行動研究法爲主並以來自精神衛生護理學界、業界所形成的核心小組爲研究對象。在進行過程中,一起討論實務驗證、省思、再修正,歷經兩年的過程,結果呈現發展出「精神衛生護理師培訓及甄審制度」的理念爲優良品質爲標竿,具系統性、整合性並發展出護理人員在「光與鹽」的願景圖;在推展模式的方面,發展出1.準備期;2.籌畫期;3.執行期等三期之架構,此結果可作爲持續性發展精神衛生護理的依據及參考。

Parallel abstracts


The purposes of this study were to outline concepts and to explore developing model of training and accreditation of psychiatric mental health nurses .The action study research method was used, with a core group of research subjects recruited from the field of psychiatric mental health nursing education and clinical practice. The two-year process of discussion, clinical practice, reflection, and remodification, produced the following results. 1. Philosophy: A systematic, integrated ”light and salt” conceptual framework of nurses' development was established with humanity as its basis and excellence of quality as its benchmark, 2. The construct of the developmental model comprises (1) a preparation stage, (2) a formation stage, and (3) operation stage. These results might serve as a basis and a reference for sustained psychiatric mental health nursing.
