明、清醫話的房中思想

中國醫書的發展，經過學者的整理，已經形成相當有系統脈絡的書目，其中除了專業且有系統的醫書之外，也包含著部分中醫文獻裡另外三類不同形式的書寫，分別是醫案、醫話與醫論，他們各自承載著不同的書寫概念與結構，而其共同特色，基本上都屬於形式較為鬆散，沒有特定系統概念，甚至有許多是民間醫者的隨筆或手記，卻正因為如此，反而可以看到各種民間臨床與實際醫療的經驗與過程。對於後代的研究者而言，這些材料更有著文化研究與社會學的價值。在古代中醫學的書寫脈絡中，「醫話」類著作的比例較少，篇幅不長，少見翻刻，多賴抄本秘傳，卻更多地在理論的累積上，產生作者應用的心得之語，相對於正統的醫書，反而可以反映出坊間時賢的高明卓見，看見理論的實踐與應用之跡。雖然如此，卻因為無所拘束，反而受到民間醫家的喜愛，加上文字簡煉，在小篇幅的幅度中，反而呈現一種更為精煉卻有趣味與深意的論述形式，在明、清兩代小品文盛行的情況下，醫話或可視為一種醫學小品文，具備從理論到民間醫學文化與社會的研究價值。本文以明、清時期的民間醫話做為基礎，逐字逐句爬梳、整理相關於房中之學的論述文字，進行系統性的歸納與分析，並聯繫明、清以前房中理論的概念與發展，進行源流論、功能目的論、方法學等各個面向的探討，希望能夠進一步分析房中之學在民間的應用，並以之對照明清以前房中理論概念的異同，或許能更確切觀察並還原房中之學在明、清時期的發展與民眾之間的實踐情況。

The development of Chinese medical books has been organized by scholars to form a fairly systematic bibliography. It also contains some other three types of writing in some traditional Chinese medical literature. They are medical records, Medical words and medical theories, they each carry different writing concepts and structures, and their common characteristics are basically loose forms. There is no specific system concept. There are even many essays or memoirs of folk doctors. In this way, you can see a variety of folk clinical and practical medical experiences and processes. Not only are important reference works for medical practitioners of all ages in addition to professional medical books, but also the accumulation of practical experience, and some suggestions for past systematic medical books. Different opinions and arguments can inspire the observations and visions of future generations of folk doctors. For future generations of researchers, these materials have more cultural and sociological value. The artical is based on the folk medical words from the Ming and Qing dynasties. It is to comb and sort out the discourse related to the learning in the room, word by word, and to systematically summarize and analyze it. The concept and development of the theory are discussed in terms of source theory, functional teleology, methodology and other aspects. I hope that we can further analyze the application of the learning in the house to the folk and use it to illuminate the similarities and differences between the theoretical concepts in the previous house. It can more accurately observe and restore the development of the sexual of technique in the Ming and Qing Dynasties and the early period of the Republic of China and the practice of the people. Based on previous scholars, this project hopes to carry out detailed research on the origin, essence, function, method and influence of ancient Chinese house surgery through multiple perspectives of different dynasties and themes, hoping to present it completely, comprehensively and clearly.
