The objective of this research is to explore the relationship between job stress, leisure coping, and physical and mental health of bank employees. The sample frame is based on the employees of Cathay United Bank. Convenience sampling was used to conduct the survey for this research; 600 questionnaires were distributed and 421 of them were returned. The valid response rate is around 70%. Canonical correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were used to analyze the data. The research findings are: Banker employees' job stress, leisure coping, and physical & mental health are significantly correlated. The banker employees' job stress and leisure coping significantly influence their physical & mental health. Based on the above findings, several strategies associated with bank employees' job stress and leisure coping are suggested for improving their physical & mental health.
