學校運動代表隊創新經營理念之探討

摘要

在我國學校之運動代表隊存在著人員知覺、學校行政及經費資源的層層阻礙，而學校運動代表隊之性質與部份之企業內的組織有許多相同之處，如能將運動代表隊之經營與企業之創新經營達成連結，而在這樣的競爭紅海中，鼓勵運動代表隊跳出傳統的經營框架，轉向充滿資源與利基的市場，從其中創新需求，獲取更多的資源挹注，進而開創出新藍海，以使其可相互應用，並去蕪存菁，達到學校運動代表隊創新之經營方式，完成新時代的運動團隊經營模式。

The varsity management in our country has a lot barriers in people awareness, school administration disturbing and financial issues. However, the varsity of a school has some similarities comparing to corporation. If the varsities can utilize the theory of industry operation on themselves, as well as, among the competitive market, encourage the varsity to abandon traditional style of management and acquire more sources from a new market. This operating model is considered applicable on varsities and could achieve the following: disregard the defects, innovative varsity management and complete a new sports operating model.
