After enterprise globalizing, it focuses on the mobility of employees to expatriate. Recently years, more and more enterprises in Taiwan have been investing overseas market investment; the labor needs of overseas expatriate have been increasing. The new trend to expatriate is youthful, more kinds of position and industry. And the ration of expatriate opportunity has been increasing that enterprise support to young professionals. However, while young professionals face to the career opportunity to expatriate, achievement factor is a vital issue for their relocation.
