希望理論應用在青少年自我傷害諮商之初探

Hope Theory in Counseling Non-Suicidal Self-Injury of Adolescents

摘要


青少年正處身心劇烈變化階段,同時亦須面對外在環境之課業壓力、家庭關係、人際互動等各項挑戰,在多項考驗中也使其常處於情緒不穩定狀態,甚至情緒低落、焦躁或對生活感到無望等。因著認知發展未臻成熟又缺乏純熟的問題解決能力,在龐大情緒糾葛中,看似駭人的自我傷害行為卻成為青少年用來瞬間抒發負向情緒的慣用手法。無望感更是觸發青少年自我傷害的關鍵因素之一,本文嘗試以希望理論為架構,進行青少年自我傷害之諮商。希望理論主要內涵為:目標、路徑思考和能量想法,本文除介紹希望理論之概要亦藉由案例舉隅之方式具體說明相關輔導策略。希冀透過希望理論之介入,能有效協助青少年減緩自我傷害行為,並喚起對生命的熱情與希望。
