隨著生活品質提高,使得開飲機成為許多家庭中必備小家電產品,它提供消費者便利給水的飲水觀念,然而市售開飲機種類繁多,如何提供消費者選購因素的依據,為本研究所要探討之目的。因此,研究首先透過市場資料搜集與專家訪談,歸納出消費者選購的考量因素,以獲取選購評價目標,而後針對市售三款開飲機產品為案例進行分析,並以AHP法進行選購評價指標與方案之權重計算及一致性之檢定。研究顯示,在評價指標中以價格(34.9%)權重值最高,其次為外觀(22.4%);而在三款開飲機中,權重值以方案B(62.4%)最高。本研究提供消費者購買開飲機決策依據準則,同時也可作為業者於產品開發時參考。
The water dispenser is one of the necessary domestic appliances, which emphasize the convenient concept of water supply to the consumer. The mature market of water dispenser, a wide range of products how to provide elements of the sale to consumers on the basis of this study to explore the important issues. First of all, this study was covered by the existing data collection and observation, as well as interviews with experts to explore the consumers of water dispenser evaluation of the purchase of the goal, then at three model of creation water dispenser to carry on the analysis, and Purchase the proposal appraisal analysis by the AHP law. The findings showed that is highest appraisal goal by the price (34.9%) weight value, next for appearance (22.4%). But in three model of water dispenser, weight value by plan B (62.4%) highest. The purpose of this study is to give a marketing decision based on the decision-making criteria, as well as industry and academic research and application of reference.
