原鄉地區福利服務輸送網絡建構之研究

摘要

原鄉地區的福利服務輸送情形過去一直鮮少為人所探究，尤其是建構出完善的服務輸送網絡，更是值得吾人所關注。本研究藉由調查原鄉地區三個主要的福利服務的提供者：社會工作員、生活輔導員和就業服務員，期以瞭解原鄉地區福利服務輸送的狀況及網絡建構情形。研究結果發現，目前原鄉地區福利服務輸送片斷而零碎，缺乏一套完整的服務輸送網絡體系，原鄉地區福利服務的輸送網絡仍有待進一步加以整合，研究者據此提出改進的建議。

The delivery of social welfare resources in indigenous areas has seldom been explored in the past, especially in the aspect of the construction of the welfare delivery network. The purpose of this study was to recognize the construction of the service delivery network in an indigenous area by three major service providers, including social workers, livelihood counselors, and employment service staff. The results were as follows: the welfare resources were piece meal, and incomplete. In the future, they should be integrated into a comprehensive service delivery network. These conclusions and suggestions were raised on the basis of the results.
