台灣產細刺毛蓼之確認及其與兩相近分類群之分類研究
Confirmation on the Occurrence of Persicaria barbata (L.) Hara var. gracilis (Danser) Hara in Taiwan, with Notes on Its Two Related Taiwanese Taxa
摘要
細刺毛蓼[Persicaria barbata (L.) Hara var. gracilis (Danser) Hara]廣泛分布於印度、中國南部至琉球群島。本研究確認本分類群出現於台灣。本文討論台灣產細刺毛蓼及其相近分類群：毛蓼[P. barbata (L.) Hara var. barbata]與蠶繭草[P. japonica (Meisn.) Nakai]之分類，除提供描述、圖幅外，並報導這三者之染色體數，其中，細刺毛蓼染色體2n=40爲首次報導。本文針對這3分類群比較外部性狀，以SEM比較花粉粒及瘦果，結果顯示，細刺毛蓼這一變種是否應提升到種的位階，值得進一步探討。

Persicaria barbata (L.) Hara var. gracilis (Danser) Hara is widely distributed in India to southern China and the Ryukyu Islands. This paper confirms its presence in Taiwan, and discusses its taxonomy with two related congeneric Taiwanese taxa, P. barbata (L.) Hara var. barbata and P. japonica (Meisn.) Nakai. The descriptions, illustrations and chromosome numbers are provided. The chromosome number of 2n=40 is the first report for P. barbata var. gracilis. Diagnostic characters and SEM micrographs of pollen grains and achenes are compared among the three taxa. A further study is needed to determine whether the status of P. barbata var. gracilis should be elevated from the present rank of variety to the rank of species.
