江湖領導在私立高中職招生策略的應用初探

摘要


江湖有門派之別,私校招生也有敵我之分,江湖中講究成王敗寇,私校招生也有優勝劣汰結果。本研究之主要假設在設想私立高中職招生體系一如江湖,其中各校為招生精銳盡出、努力拼搏,而校長就像名門正派掌門肩負招生成敗重任,除了「人在江湖,身不由己」的無奈感嘆,或該以更正面的態度看待所處的江湖環境,以更有效的套路化解應接不暇的刀光劍影。校長之為一校招生領導者必須具有正向江湖感,俾其充分發揮江湖領導特色,帶領學校在爾虞我詐、你爭我奪的招生江湖上立定。本研究之目的即在借用江湖概念,以江湖社會為招生背景影像,以江湖幫派做為招生私校喻象,聚焦於江湖領導與私校招生情境的論述連結,探討江湖領導在私立高中職招生策略的初步應用。

The primary assumption of this paper is to presume that the recruitment system of private senior high and vocational schools is just like Jianghu, while the principal is considered as the ”bangpai zhangmen” (the leader of clan) accordingly. In this way, the principal who is a school leader in charge of recruitment is supposed to have Jianghu sense, and thus leads the school to stand strong in the midst of turbulence and complexity by fully exerting Jianghu leadership. By using Jianghu society as the background image and ”Jianghu bangpai” as the school metaphor, the purpose of this paper is therefore to borrow the concept of Jianghu to enforce the discourse connection between Jianghu leadership and private schools' recruitment tasks, which is intended to provide a reasonable explication for the application of the former to the latter.
