Taiwan professional-sport developments are influenced mostly by American and Japan. However, we can't run local ball league except Taiwan baseball. It is easy to see that our pros have to participate other ball competitions worldwide held only in other areas, such as golf, tennis, pool or so. Our basketball association lasted for a very short time from 1994 to 1999 but also stopped till now. Meanwhile, the only CPBL which has 15 years histories yet have no perfect or correct rules worthy to follow. And it also resulted in strange phenomenon rush to be solved later, sort of many problems in athlete-consistence, league-merging, gambling or argument between the labor and capital. For better understanding of this, the study uses data-analyzing way to explore those questions above with sociologic point and hopefully provide enough info to relevant organizations to set up a healthier rule of law in the future.
