以系統化創新技術(TRIZ)對自行車執行改良設計提升騎乘舒適性並申請專利

Using TRIZ to Improve the Convenience of Bicycles and Patent Application

摘要


現代人重視休閒活動與身體健康,騎乘自行車已蔚為風氣,自行車不僅可取代部份交通工具,且不會造成環境污染。然而對於長時間騎乘者,容易造成身體的疲勞與不舒適,本研究首先以系統化創新技術(TRIZ)對自行車結構中最易造成身體疲勞的機構進行改良設計共計四項,以提升騎乘舒適性,分別是避震車架、活動座墊、通風座墊與車身減重;第二,針對這四項改良設計,本研究先執行通盤檢索,發現行車避震車架與活動座墊最具有申請專利的利基,因此對這兩項改良設計執行專利檢索與分析;第三,藉由專利檢索與分析獲得的專利情報,將上述兩項改良設計做好專利迴避,避免造成專利侵權,執行專利申請。

Nowadays, people pay more attention on entertainment activities and health, thus riding bicycle has become more and more popular. Bicycle will not only replace some means of transportation but also has no pollution to the environment. However, for long-distance riders, it's easy to have tired body and discomfort. This study first improves the mainly tired causing parts of the bicycle and uses TRIZ methods to find four designs to enhance comfort while riding bicycle. Secondly, general search and analyze for the patents related to the four designs finding that bicycle shaking frame and movable bicycle saddle are easy to avoid patent pirate. Third, get the patent information and apply for the patent.
